What I built
Creative direction across the product in 2022. Quoting in insurance is unforgiving — the numbers are regulated, the carriers each behave differently, and an agent who cannot trust a quote will not use the tool twice. The design work was mostly about making a complex, rules-heavy flow feel like a simple one.
The outcome
Shipped and used in production by agents. Client work, so the numbers are theirs to publish rather than mine.
